The GRNA Committee has a new chairman, Troy Kirchenbauer, who has been a member of the Committee since it was formed. February 2010 Updates!
We previously reported to you that the GRNA Committee was attempting to reorganize / re-form itself. On January 8th, Candy and Roger Clark agreed to co-chair the GRNA Committee, so GRNA can go forward.
Also, we have a very brief update on the status of the Caffey Group's current efforts in our area. The Caffey Group notified us that they have put our area on hold at this time, and will contact us should they start back up in our area. To this end, the GRNA activities are at a standstill. We will continue to monitor any efforts for change in the future.

The Glade Road Neighborhood Alliance represents approximately 1500 homes in this immediate area, covering about 500 acres surrounding west Glade Road in Hurst, Texas. Participating neighborhoods include but are not limited to: Heatherwood Estates, Versailles Parc, Wintergreen North, Winterhaven, Glade Pointe, Madison Place, Mill Creek West, Mill Creek, Mill Haven, Haven Addition and Lonesome Dove Estates and more. Porter Elementary School in Hurst, you will probably want to join the North Hurst Coalition -- like GRNA, joining the NHC is free and does not obligate you to the NHC in any way.
